POLICE INFORMATION

The Exminster and Rural Police Neighbourhood runs from the boundary with Kenton right up to Tedburn St Mary and Pathfinder Village.  It covers settlements such as Longdown’s, Ide, Shillingford St George and Abbot, Dunchideock, Dunsford, Doddiscombleigh, Kenn and Kenford.  It is a fair size area but has two dedicated members of the Local Neighbourhood Police Team, PC Ken English and PCSO Paul Tucker who work from Chudleigh Police Station.

The Exminster and Rural  Neighbourhood is part of the larger Chudleigh Sector which covers an area that is bordered by the A38 Corridor from Dean Prior  to the edge of Exeter in the South, then along to the A30 corridor to Tedburn St Mary in the North.  Police Officers work from both Ashburton and Chudleigh Police Station.

The contact email address is chudleigh@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk.

The Neighbourhood Police Sergeant is Ian Stevens.
