CLASSES
Julie Knight runs Circuit Training at Barley Park at the following
times:
Ladies:
MON WED 6.30pm - 7.30pm
SAT 10.15am11.15am
Men:
TUES 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Classes are £3 per session each
Circuit training is an all
over body workout for all ages and abilities.
The classes us a running machine, rower,
cross trainer, weights, medicine ball and swiss ball.
Julie also provides
Personal Training - one to one and half hour sessions
- for £15, and Sports Massage at £10 per 30 mins.
