  OUTREACH

The Outreach serice is a local charity run which provides transport services to people living in tedburn, Pathfinder and Woodlands for medical appointments of all types.  It is run entirely by volunteers, and has been running successfully for many years.

If you have difficulties travelling to a medical appointment, please contact the Co-ordinator Margot Samuel on 01647 61204, with details of the date, time and place of your appointment, and she will arrange a driver for you.

The charge for each journey is based on the distance travelled, but people can if they wish make an additional payment to help with the general expenses of the organisation.

Outreach also organises two minibus trips a year, the  first being a Bluebell outing in May, and the second is nornmally in August.

Outreach is always looking for more volunteer drivers to help support local people.  If you have any time to spare, even if it is only a couple of hours a month, and you have a clean Driving Licence, please contact Margot Samuel on 01647 61204, and she will let you have further information.
